Ingredientes:
1 carton very low fat yoghurt
1 tblsp MCT Oil
3 tblsp dried skimmed milk powder
1 tsp. clear honey
30g (1 oz) dates – chopped
½ an apple – pealed, cored and chopped
2 as a dessert, 3 – 4 at breakfast
Method:
Turn the yoghurt into a bowl and stir until smooth
Add the oil and mix thoroughly
Stir in the skimmed milk powder, then the honey
Add the dates and apples and mix well
Serve poured over cornflakes for breakfast or on its own as a dessert
