Ingredientes:
135g (4½oz) icing sugar
15g (½ oz) cocoa powder ( check that you are allowed)
1½ tblsp MCT Oil
1 tblsp liquid skimmed milk
a few drops of vanilla essence
Servers: This can fill and ice 20cm (8") sandwich cake
Oven temperature: 180°C (350°F) or gas mark 4
Method:
Sift the icing sugar and cocoa powder together
Stir in the MCT Oil, milk and vanilla essence and beat well
