Custard

Ingredientes:

60g (2oz) skimmed milk powder
20mls MCT Oil
600mls (1 pint) cold water
2 tblsp custard powder
Granulated sugar to taste (1-2 tblsp)

Serves: makes 600mls (1 pint)


Method:

Blend the milk powder and oil together until the oil is absorbed
Whisk in the water
Reserve a little of the milk, put the rest on to boil, heating slowly
Blend the custard powder and sugar with the cold milk
Pour onto the boiling liquid, mix well
Return to the pan and bring to the boil, stirring continuously
