Ingredientes:
15g (½ oz) cornflour
300mls (½ pint) liquid skimmed milk
1 tblsp MCT Oil
30g (1 oz) caster sugar
Rind and juice of one medium orange
1 egg white – standard
Crystallised orange slices and angelica to decorate
Serves: 3 – 4
Method:
Mix cornflour with a little of the skimmed milk then gradually add the rest of the milk
Stir in the oil, and bring to the boil stirring well all the time. Cook for 2 mins
Cool slightly, then stir in the sugar and the rind and juice of orange
Allow to cool further, then fold in the stiffly beaten egg white, using a metal spoon
Pour into individual serving dishes
Decorate with crystallised orange slices and angelica, if liked
Chill until firm
Can be served with snowy topping recipe
