Shortbread

Ingredientes:

180g (6 oz) flour (or 3 oz wholemeal)
120g (4 oz) sugar
160mls, 8 tblsp MCT Oil

Servers: 8


Oven temperature: 220°C (425°F) or gas mark 4

Method:

Knead all ingredients together, form into 8 balls and flatten
Place on an MCT Oil greased tray and prick with fork
Bake in oven for 10 –15 minutes
