Ingredientes:
1 onion – chopped
2 tblsp MCT Oil
2 tblsp cornflour
420g (14oz) can of tomatoes
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
black pepper to taste
Marmite to taste (optional)
Serves: 4-6
Method:
Fry onions in oil until tender
Stir in cornflour and cook for 1 minute
Gradually add juice from can of tomatoes and bring to the boil.
Stir in sugar, salt, pepper and tomatoes and cook for 1 – 2 minutes
Liquidise and strain sauce, or run through sieve
Reheat if necessary
Marmite can be added to taste.
