White Sauce

Ingredientes:

1 oz (40mls) 2 tblsp MCT Oil
1 level tblsp plain flour
190mls (third of pint) of milk

Serves: 1


Method:

Heat MCT Oil
Add flour gradually and beat well with wooden spoon
Add milk gradually, stirring continually and cook for 5 mins until thick and smooth

Variations:

Savoury sauces – add salt, pepper, chopped cooked onion, chopped parsley, mixed herbs, lemon juice
Sweet sauces – add 2 tsp. sugar or vanilla if desired (optional).
